We examined the social-moral dilemma of street prostitution in the municipality of Eindhoven from a design perspective. The challenge was to search for a solution, in which the prostitutes are able to participate so that they can contribute to their own solution (designing their own lives). Prostitution - so it is said - is one of the oldest services of “man”kind. This historical “honor” does not change the fact, that prostitution - and above all street prostitution of drug addicted women - is a big social problem. Herausforderungen des Alters beinhalten jedoch auch Chancen, sie sind nicht nur Probleme. In einem einwöchigen Projekt an der KISD, haben wir einige dieser Chancen imRahmen altersfreundlicher Dienstleistungen für den Gesundheitsbereich er- forscht. Dazu werden haben wir unsere eigene Herangehensweise, Engine's Service Design Prozess und Methoden dargelegt. To understand the needs of elderly, Julia Schaeper from Engine, a Service Design agency from London, introduced us into different Service Design methods. One of them is the Empathy Tool. The aim was to analyze the problems out of the perspective of the target group 50+. Die Feier im Jahr 2009 hatte das Thema »kisdmade« . Meine Aufgaben bei der Abschlussgala: die komplette Konzeption und Ablaufkoordination des Galaabends und des Programms inklusive der Diplomübergabe und dem Entertainment und des 6-gängigen Menüs und der dazu gehörenden Kochvideos. Der Höhepunkt des »kisdmade« Abends war das sechs gängige Dinner das von den Professoren der KISD kreiert wurde. Die 12 Lehrgebiete spiegelten sich im Menü wider. Der Entstehungsprozess ihrer Rezeptkonzepte wurden anhand von Kochvideos am Abend allen Gästen präsentiert.
